“Recommended by a friend. Only needed to use it once, but parked my embarrassment, dropped my shopping basket in the aisle of a shop and a lovely assistant showed me to the toilet. I was so grateful to avoid a worse embarrassment. Fantastic reassurance when the need arises. Thank you so much.”

“I live in the US so was not able to get this card, even though I paid for it. I travel to England so am not sure why they will not give me one.”

Hi there Sue, We're sorry to hear we've not hit the mark this time - we checked our records and found that the payment was refunded in full, if there was an issue at the time it was not brought to our attention.
