“I’ve had a card from the Bowel & Bladder Community and it has been a real lifesaver. I was able to use the physical card in numerous shops, and it has made such a difference when I’ve needed to find a toilet quickly. Most shops have been really understanding and accommodating. Unfortunately, I lost my physical card, so I now have an e-card. I haven’t had the chance to use it yet, but I’m hoping it will be just as helpful. Thank you for providing such a simple but incredibly valuable service. It has helped me in situations that could otherwise have become very embarrassing and stressful. I’m genuinely grateful for it.”

“This card and a mobile phone photo app have saved me from the usual embarrassment of having been to the toilet before leaving home and a bit later needing to urgently go again. A reluctant staff member often will yield when a picture is taken and other people get involved.”

“I used the card in Weat Croydon station,when I asked a staff to used the toilet,he said sorry we didn’t have toilet for passengers,then I showed the card ,he take me to the staff toilet”
