“I contacted the B&B community as I wanted a card that I could show to people explaining why I needed to access toilet facilities urgently. I answered the short questionnaire on my symptoms and condition and received a link for my digital card the same day. I have used this on a few occasions and although I feel a little embarrased at presenting it I have never been refused access so it has been a godsend and gives me a bit more confidence to leave the house for longer journeys.”
