“The door itself is ok but the instructions are absolutely diabolical.
Took me ages to figure it all out.
Customer service sucks.
I paid £25 for delivery and it was delivered with squashed packing and contained damaged parts.
I have contacted customer services on numerous occasions and they kept promising to replace the parts but never did.
I would definitely not use this company again.”

“Great service although the process of obtaining the spare part was, let’s say Not as smooth as It could of been? Deciding to not issue spare parts just after my client had purchased the original item was quite nerve wracking. I’m a trade fitter and accidents happen, it’s put me off using Bathroom mountain for any future jobs I have.”
