Turned up on a pallet for a start which was left in the road, after unloading from pallet I realised the enclosure was broken. I could hear the broken glass inside. After calling I was told to take a video of of the enclosure and email across for a refund. After emailing I was then told open the box and take pictures and then dispose of enclosure myself. I complained which I was then sent a courier to collect the enclosure that then refused to take the item because it wasn’t packed onto a pallet even the box was sealed and the pallet was outside the house driver refused to take it. I then had to pack it back onto a pallet for the next day. I still have had no confirmation of collection and no refund. As a tradesman I can assure you that this is worst service I have received from a bathroom supplier won’t be using again.

By mistake, I ordered two of these Cabinets but notified the comapany almost imediatly. However they did not respond until after the two cabinets were dispached (some 8 hours later) and said I would have to return the unwanted item at my own cost even though I had attempted to cancell. Very poor customer service.

The mirror did not fit in the bathroom so we wanted to try and send it back but because we were missing one box. We were unable to return. I understand terms and conditions but considering I was willing to replace the box at my own expense and send back knowing it was my responsibilitiy to get the mirror back in one piece, it was really disappointing to now be left with a mirror that I am unable to use at the cost of more than £300.

Issue: I ordered specifically for my "Main Bathroom" where the product description says Soft Close " YES" in their website since my boys will be using the cabinet regularly to store their items Before fitting the item, my plumber opened the box to see how the unit needs to be fixed and observed that the product is not "Soft Close" as I mentioned to him that I ordered Soft Close product and straight away I replied to customer service asking them that this is not the product mentioned as per the website. Very bad customer service when I requested for a refund as the product delivered was not per the description. Got a reply from customer service team that I should see the Questions & Answers" section where it's mentioned the product is not a Soft Close. How on Earth should I ignore the product description and go directly to Q & A section and order a product based on the answers. This is the reply I received from the customer service when I mentioned the item received is not per the product description and attached Q & A section in the email.. Also conveniently, they removed the "Soft Close" description from the website when I thought of providing the screen print along with the review.. How clever the company is and least worried about customers and servicing them..
