A good product but paying 30 quid for delivery for the delivery bloke to refuse to bring it to the front door. What happened to delivery men been men.

I wanted a mirror that was battery powered, went into the shop, advised to get rechargeable batteries for the mirror. So I bought the mirror and £60 worth of batteries/ charger, which had to be charged and now none refundable. Turns out you don’t sell mirrors that are compatible with rechargeable batteries. I had to return the mirror and had zero support or reimbursement of my cost due to your staff…. Terrible. I was dismissed in store. I’ve made sure I have told everyone I know to stay well clear of this company and will continue to do so in future

Received the cabinet and immediately. opened the packaging to check it was the correct cabinet - which it was. One week later when it came to fitting it we found a large dent on the underside. The packaging had been disposed of by this stage so we could not repackage and return. We have now fettled it a little and have been able to install it. However every time we open the cupboard the damage is very obvious. It is a pity the product was not packaged to prevent damage during transit. Otherwise it is a nice product.

Terrible experience dealing with this company. Ordered a rap and a shower. Took more than 3 weeks for the shower to arrive. Despite multiple phone calls during which they advised they had made errors processing with the couriers, not once but twice, when it finally arrived it was broken

Ordered a full bathroom suite, 2 damaged items on receipt after checking instantly, a further damaged item later when going to install that wasn't obvious during first inspection. The first 2 broken items were replaced next day however 1 of the replacement items was broken again, even worse than the first. Customer services wanted to do a "warehouse inspection" of the item before sending, lost 5 days to this and never actually happened. Constant phoning with store manager back and forth with promises item was being delivered Wednesday (no show), Thursday (no show) and then a final call from a salesman on the Thursday saying the warehouse order slipped up and they are placing a new order so in short i lost a whole week due to their incompetence and the promised warehouse inspection never actually took place. Still sat here awaiting item as per review. 3rd broken item noticed on install couldn't be dealt with by store as needed a manager who was off that day so i ended up just buying another one for next day delivery and then contacting store again later for a refund of the second order, luckily the replacement for the 3rd item was good. Long story short, disaster order, s***e customer service, promises not upheld, a week wasted and still waiting on item that is a roll of the dice as to whether this one will turn up broken or not. Ow and i now have 3 broken large items to dispose of, hopefully not a 4th!

The agreed replacement delivery date was missed and still awaiting even a confirmation of re delivery... very friustrated and you are being let down by your courier partner.
