“Lovely product. But the delivery of this product was very bad! I left a note upon ordering to call one hour before hand.. NO ONE CALLED just turned up at the house. Reschedule them for another day … came on the WRONG day!!! Ask the courier driver upon receipt of items can I see what’s been delivered said he doesn’t have that information. Only upon and checking myself did I know .. if something was missing I wouldn’t have had a clue!!!”
We are very sorry for any inconvenience this situation may have caused.
All of our kerbside pallet deliveries do come included with a pallet. This is used to transport the item safely, can be used to store the item before your project begins and can be used as waste storage for your project waste. Our couriers do not take this away, as it can also be used to return the item if needed.
Pallets can be disposed of at your local recycling centre, or they are highly sought after on social media marketplaces. If there is anything else we can do to help, please let us know.

“Nice cabinet but chipped at corner. DPD delivery very unhelpful I was unable to open the pallet dropped off on the pavement. He was off before I could attempt to open and check it. Too much ch hassle to send it back but won’t be dealing with this he company again using DPD. Such a shame as it is a nice cabinet”
