“The packaging was all ripped, but luckily the shower tray was perfect. The delivery assistant had to tape the box up before he could get it out of the van as it was so badly damaged. We watched the video from the delivery firm AIT which showed a delivery to inside our property, so we assumed delivery was inside our property. I explained to the driver and the delivery Manager we wanted the shower tray delivered to a ground floor flat which was empty instead of our flat on the fifth floor. My husband tried to get the driver to the nearest entrance to the flat, but he insisted on parking further away than necessary and the delivery assistant had quite an unnecessary walk carrying the item. I wouldn't buy from Bathroom Mountain again. We are having a lot of stuff delivered and no other driver has been so unhelpful to my Husband, the customer. You need to change your delivery firm.”
“Made a purchase on the 23rd of june 2026, on the 24/06/26 the order status was apparantly complete and delivered. Chased up the order via a phone call to stoke branch ony to be acused of recieving the tap from courier at a unknown location. Later in the call she admited that no item was magically collected and that i will recieve my product the next day but its already been a week. Complete bullshiters, rude and totally careless just after your money then you'll be messed around like some loser.”

“I had to order this unit to replace the first one ordered as it was damaged. The top did not secure properly it had 4 location points but no where to attach to.
The 2nd one received us much better and has two location points that actually secure the lid. After speaking to customer services I was advised because we hadn’t reported the damage within 48 hr timeframe. We couldn’t have a replacement without paying again for it. I advised that I didn’t want to pay delivery charges therefore was sent a link but still had to pay £6.99 delivery. After several emails and being told we would receive the delivery charge back we are still waiting.
The first unit was obviously a dud damaged u it and we have been made to pay.
Please see attached photographs of the lids which are completely different.
Will never use this company again !”
