“Really disappointed that the tap was damaged on the spout - see attached photo. Also left hot tap turns anti-clockwise instead of the usual clockwise. Finally your website recommended a bath waste with these taps which didn’t fit the bath and the plumber had to go out and buy another one. This review says I bought bath feet which is incorrect. Overall very unhappy with these purchases”

“This shower was near exact replica of the one I brought from soak.com(now close down). The main body of my old one rusted and started to leak at the top 90 bend. I just unscrewed this old one and used the similar piece from this and replaced. Didn’t need to replace anything else as all working.
Gutted that 2 days after I brought it at £119 it went on sale for £89. As they don’t do individual parts I had to buy the whole shower unit. Not used shower apart from resting for leaks so only time will tell.”

“Only buy if you are absolutely sure you will keep the item! Looks very cheap. The steel part stains easy with fingerprints.
The customer has to arrange it themselves to deliever it back, which costs alot! Returning the item is made difficult by bathroom mountain with their very odd rules for returning like if you put too much tape to seal it they won't return it, or if the box has any imperfections. They don't consider the state it is delivered to the customer in the first place”

Regarding returns, our policy ensures fairness for all customers. If an item is returned within the set period and in good condition, we accept it. However, if the packaging is damaged but the item is still resalable, a 20% deduction is applied. This is because we then resell it at a discount.
We assure you, the product you receive is expected to be in the same condition as a returned one. Our return rules are designed to maintain quality and fairness, not to complicate the process.

“All arrived well packaged and inspected as requested on arrival. However as unit was wrapped is plastic then polystyrene protection plus cardboard box it was impossible to fully inspect until time for fitting. Upon fitting it became apparent there were several hairline cracks in the marble top. Emailed customer service and they were downright rude, refusing to assist and just quoting their 48 hour inspection policy. Currently have a useless but very expensive vanity unit. Will be taking through the small claims court”
