“Lovely radiators but if I'd known when I was ordering that delivery was going to be kerb side delivery I wouldn't have ordered them. Delivery arrived at 9.30am which was great but driver left both radiators on drive I was on my own and couldn't move them he wouldn't help me so they were left on drive all day till my husband and son came home from work at tea time.”

“It looked really nice for about 2 days and matches the vanity unit but having a bath panel made of a material that can't get wet is ridiculous. Customer service were very good and refunded straight away but we still have lost the cost of getting it fitted, and now getting it taken out and a new (not matching) one fitted. The material soaked up the water that dripped from the shower and the finish has blown.”
