“Nightmare about customer service , delivery cancelled 3 times , item comes 2 days after promise delivery day , bought 1st time from bathroom mountain and will be last ,dont recommended”
“The BTU output in effect how much heat these provide chamged after I ordered, amd I think guarantee length but have no proof of this. Was initially satisfied as company were very helpful in arranging return of two radiators and I bought two others, one of which is now £70 cheaper in the sale which is annoying. Problems have now arisen as I have only been refunded one of the radiators I returned and the burden of proof according to the company is on me to prove this proof even though the delivery company provides no paperwork for delivery or return. Let's hope my cctv consistites proof of return. Telling me to have a nice day on the email was the icing on the cake.”
“Awful experience. Two cabinets arrived smashed, one delivery didn’t turn up at all, and I wasted a full day of annual leave. Three attempts and not one usable product. Really not acceptable. Refund finally received, will not be ordering from Bathroom Mountain again.”

“Cabinet maybe fine but Item was too big. Tried to return to local store but they don’t except returns or exchange. Will now have to return original cabinet ant my own cost and order new bathroom mirror elsewhere. Would never order from bathroom mountain again unless they changed return exchange policy”
