We have since replaced this for you, which our system shows has now arrived. I hope your mirror arrived safely. “Sadly had a minor issue of missing magnets which keeps the door closed. After several emails and phone calls in which they tried too fobb me off, the issue was resolved.( Took nearly a week though) I felt it was a poor after sales service. I wouldn't have liked it if it was a major issue. I must add though, that the process from ordering the product too the delivered item at home was quick and efficient. I would give 5 stars for that, as it was excellent.”
“The mount on the back of the mirror was not straight, meaning if hung straight the button would be off centre. The frosted border was not the same thickness all the way around. I asked for a refund and was offered part of the money back, they then agreed to give the full refund after some discussion.”

“Buyers Beware - the items were shipped to me broken, the sink and granite top were both completely broken and they are only offering me at 30% refund on the items. This is extremely un-helpful as I am now looking for a full refund. Offering 30% on broken items means they stole the other 70% from me as it does not help me at all. It's been such a challenging return process that they make me feel like a transaction not a customer. There is no service after you purchase, just trying to make a quick buck on their customers compared to actually caring for them.”
