“Products are good and delivery quick. Have had issues with returning incorrect products, keep getting emailed saying they will sort out refund but still waiting weeks later.”
“The deal and product were just what I required for my downstairs bathroom.
The price was good and website easy to use and product purchase simple.
However on delivery, and on inspection, the toilet WC pan was found to be shattered. The cardboard carton it came in had no supportive packaging inside for the porcelain pan and had been impacted in transit.
I notified the company and a speedy replacement was arranged by the company which I received within a week which was good to be fair.
Unfortunately on inspection on delivery the toilet WC pan was again shattered and the pact was woefully inadequate to provide safe transit for such a delicate piece of earthen ware porcelain glazed product.
The company arranged for a reimbursement of the cost of the pan and delivery without any problems and accepted my feedback about packaging.
Hopefully better packaging in future will resolve the issue of delivery of future similar products.”

“I was sent a damaged product initially. It was quite easy to get a replacement product but only for that to be damaged as well. It looked like the product got damaged by the courier company as the corner protectors and the corners of the radiator were broken. They were happy to send me a third replacement radiator but I decided to get a full refund. The refund arrived in just 3 working days. Overall, the experience could have been better. I would think twice before ordering another product from Bathroom Mountain.”

Please accept our sincere apologies that your radiator has arrived damaged twice. It is exceptionally uncommon for this to occur twice. I have passed this feedback on to the courier to review. As discussed, we would have happily issued the third radiator, however, I can appreciate on this occasion a refund was preferential.

But we noticed there’s a chip on the glass after we installed it. Unfortunately there is nothing that can be done by bathroom mountain and will at some point have to replace it. So really disappointed!
