“Bought this mirror cabinet in 3 sizes - 600mm, 800mm and 1000mm. The photos look awesome, but the reality is something else altogether. The rounded corners for example are made of the cheapest plastic possible. I’m talking really really cheap - the kind you’d expect in the back box of a cheap socket bought from Temu. But here it’s used ‘proudly’ on the front of the cabinet. Not only that, but the workmanship is also atrocious. The said rounded corners don’t line up properly with the rest of the door sides, so you’re left with a very visible scratchy edge where the corner moulds end. And to top it all off, those edges also show the shiny aluminium of the profile used for the side panels as the black powder coating doesn't stretch enough to mask the terrible joint with the plastic round corners.
I would love nothing more than to return them, but the time left on the project doesn’t allow me to do that plus get other ones (also in the same dimensions).
In any case, at over £800 for the three cabinets, these are a complete con! For this quality I would not have paid 1/2 that price if I knew any better.”
“The mirror cabinet itself is good however I ordered this at the beginning of the week for a Saturday delivery. Which I proceeded to ring them up to be told it will be with me in a few days .What is the point of offering Saturday deliveries if you cannot guarantee the delivery ????
And of course I was t in for delivery so your delivery company left it outside my property for it to get soaking.NOT GREAT DELIVERY SERVICE AT ALL”
“My order was delivered quickly but the mirror was badly damaged. A new mirror was sent straight away and in perfect condition. However I was expected to dispose of the damaged mirror myself.”
“Lovely radiator, service is great too from Bathroom Mountain. One of 4 four rads went missing in transit and despite annoyingly having to wait 48 hours for an investigation (why, I didn't receive it - send me another) it was resolved and another sent out after I had chased. You can't call this gold at all, antique or otherwise It's brown, khaki at best so I am disappointed to say the least ( don't have time to send it back as I have no heating and it's November).”
