“This item was unfortunately defective, it leaks from both the bottom and the attachment hand shower. Tried to fix this but plumber has informed us its a defective item. Called customer services who were unable to help or offer any refund. Item is also now out of stock. Now left with a faulty shower which leaks and drips all the time so very disappointed. Will not use this company again due to this particular issue, even though the rest of the items ordered were fine.”

“The cabinet is nice but it is not the grey colour you see in the photo it looks more like a blue/grey! A bit disappointed with the overall service! The delivery driver made rude comments about my brand new house too! Customer care team weren’t helpful either! Over all really disappointed and now I have a cabinet that doesn’t go with my bathroom furnishings. Bathroom Mountain have made such a faff out of returning it and delivery was soooo expensive. What am I supposed to do!”
“This was a replacement bath which wasn't delivered 3 days in a row. After speaking to the manager on good Friday I was told the depot was shut. The bath then turned up Friday morning, luckily someone was home. I was told that after all the missed deliveries and non existent communication that there would be a " gesture of good will" as our work has been delayed costing us more in labour plus people booking time off work to wait for the deliveries. However no " gesture" has been made at all. Would never use this company again. We are now even more out of pocket and a late apology is all we were ever offered.”

“Quality seems ok but delivery service was absolutely appalling! Guaranteed day delivery booked. Took day off work, no delivery! I had to make contact with the customer service team before being promised delivery the next day. Yet again, no delivery but no contact made from customer service team. Took another stroppy email before anyone made contact with me to say delivery would be the third day! Several phone calls and empty promises later, finally took delivery. Can't comment yet on quality of item as it hasn't been fitted. To be fair, quality seems ok.”

I am sorry to hear you are unhappy with your purchase. I can see we have spoken with our technical team who have liaised with the manufacturer.
