“I was extremely disappointed the leave of service received. The goods were not delivered along with the radiators I there for had to cancel the engineers due to the materials not being delivered I spoke to your customer service team who imformed me they couldn’t do anything till they had spoken to the courier company. The items arrived two days later than planned To date we haven’t received a return call to our complaint happy o receive your monies however after sales were extremely poor.”
“Waited a week for delivery after three attempts I gave up, lost a days work and lost a client as well and still waiting for a refund.
Terrible don’t bother”
“I’m sure the mirror is nice, but I bought the wrong size and had to buy another one. Unfortunately to return I need to arrange courier myself which is not ideal”
“I was able to order the tap. I ordered it along with various other things, a bath, toliet and sink. The sink didnt arrive with the delievery so I has to chase up where it was and eventually they sent it. The same with the tap - it. never arrived. When I emailed I was repeatedly told it was not instock yet it was still available to purchase online each time I checked. I Was told several different dates it will be back in stock and ben sent out none of which came to anything. I eventally got fed up of waiting to which they suggested sending a similar replacement which did then arrive promptly.”
