My contractor should have to go to B&Q for a part to fit it in and I paid extra.

Returns procedure is not very good,expected to pay for own courier to return brand new items,not even taken out of the box. So after spending £400,we will only be left with £200 after paying out for a courier

We have ordered a total of 6 mirror bathroom cabinets from bathroom mountain and although the packaging seems substantial, 5 out of 6 have been broken. We have only had 1 delivered unbroken, which was not this style cabinet. I really liked the size and style of the Willow line but every single time, the inside of the mirror doors are cracked. Its must be an issue with the way in which they are packed or stored, they boxes don't arrive with visable damage, and its odd that the outside are usually, although not always, unbroken. They also would prefer you to dispose of them yourself instead of arranging for collection, which is not always easy with large heavy items such as these. I have had to find a cabinet elsewhere now.

The delivery company failed to deliver this after two attemps so I went elsewhere. Mountain Bathroom seems ok but the delivery company is well below average.
