My cabinet arrived damaged but because I didn’t notice The damage until the cabinet was put up I was refused a refund or replacement. I will not be purchasing any further products from bathroom mountain as customer satisfaction is not their priority.

The problem was not the products it was the delivery absolutely appalling left no where near my house actually on a public footpath which I had to stand with an hour till my husband arrived home as I could not lift it myself they said this is policy funny as I had all my tiles delivered the next day which he came in a big lorry like your deliver man and he pulled on the grass and lowered them when I asked your delivery driver to do EXACTLY the same he said he Couldn’t…..which where left outside my house on the grass verge no problem, I understand you say kerbside drop off but I didn’t think it meant on public foot path will never order or recommend this company AGAIN…..!!!!

I was going to fit this cabinet with the door hinged on the left but I noticed that the top panel has a fracture in it. I live 44 miles away so I didn't want to take it back (Petrol cost and time). I decided that I would hang it with the hinges on the right. I did, the fracture is hidden. I really don't like the way it is hung. A good company, but not happy with this experience at all!
