I have used Bathroom mountain many times and have always been impressed, but I ordered a black column radiator and received a damaged radiator which was replaced promptly, unfortunately the second radiator was also damaged and then the third. I have now received a full refund. I have now ordered a Screwfix radiator which looks identical but was £50 less and in perfect condition. Will continue to use bathroom mountain but maybe not for column radiators.

Pathetic service and a waste of space for selling a shower they didn’t have in stock. If I didn’t call to ask where my shower was i would still be waiting for delivery and they sent an email saying it’s coming next day with a time frame. So why is this company allowed to trade this way.

Although the cabinet is pretty and big, the lighting is ectremely dim. It can be used for mood lighting in a bathroom, but not for any needs like makep application or shaving, which is why we purchased it. It took forevev to receive, as the carrier was terribly inept in delivery. In th end, we had to drive and pick up frpm the carrier depot, only toreceive a sub par item. Kept it because we drilled through naturalstone to put it up in our bathroom. I would warn buyers about these issues. Sadly, it is too expensive to be unusable.

Very disappointed, for the price I would expect it to work as advertised, only after putting the mirror on the wall the pulley does not work.
