“Poor build quality for a £200+ cabinet and terrible customer service.
The battery box is awkwardly positioned and does not open. I was informed to jam a screwdriver into a bit of plastic to get the box open. A screwdriver!
Not only have I had to pay for the delivery but I am informed that I must cover the return for this faulty, inadequate item.
I will not be shopping with this company again and I would recommend anyone else to steer clear.”

“The worst service ever by Bathroom mountain. I still have not received my order even after chasing EVERYDAY. I received an email to review without the product being delivered what a joke!”
“I can’t give the mirror anymore than 1 star due to the appalling P&P of £25.00 plus vat I was charged.
It’s an obscene amount of money. Particularly that it was due to arrive on the Thursday and only arrived on the Tuesday after I had chased it up.
Customer service nil.”
“The product itself appears acceptable, however it was delivered in a completely ridiculous oversized triangular pallet (about 7 foot tall by 3 foot square containing a 3 foot by 2 foot towel rail that rattled around inside) that was dumped on the street outside the house. We took pictures, it was as hilarious as it was ridiculous. Why someone further up the supply chain couldn't remove it from the massive wooden pallet I do not know. I had to smash the pallet in the street with a sledgehammer, much to the amusement of my neighbours. Perhaps this is normal, but I wouldn't buy from them again for this reason as it didn't happen with any other plumbing materials we ordered elsewhere.”
