Our Galician Whole Beef Fillet is sourced from the highest quality beef in Galicia, Northwest Spain. We only use retired dairy cows between 8 and 12 years old, which are chubbier and have a higher fat content, giving the fillet a unique flavor. The beef is dry-aged for a minimum of 7 days, allowing for natural grass-fed marbling. This lean and tender cut is perfect for cooking as steaks or a roast, and is prized for its tender quality.

“Delivered as promised. It's our family go to steak for a high quality meal. Plenty of portions and cuts to create stocks, beef stroganoff and of course serious fillet steaks. You will not find the same delicious flavour anywhere else.”
