Our Galician Whole Beef Fillet is sourced from the highest quality beef in Galicia, Northwest Spain. We only use retired dairy cows between 8 and 12 years old, which are chubbier and have a higher percentage fat content, giving the fillet a distinct and unique flavour. The beef is dry-aged for a minimum of 7 days, allowing for natural grass-fed marbling. This lean, mean, and tender cut is prized for its quality and can be enjoyed as steaks or a roast.

“Simply the most delicious beef fillet I have ever eaten! It melts in the mouth and has a marvellous flavour. It felt a bit reckless buying an entire fillet, but because it arrives chilled but not frozen you can prepare and freeze sections. None of us will be doing large bbqs any time soon, but I’m hoping to enjoy some of it when my daughter and family come next weekend. Thank you Basco!”

“Arrived the next day, well packed as always from Basco. The fillet was fresh not frozen. I trimmed it and cut it in to steaks. The meat is well textured and very tasty. As it was on special offer it was a real bargain too. Would thoroughly recommend Basco.”
