At Basco, we source the finest Galician beef from the Northwest of Spain. Our Galician beef range comes from retired Frisona dairy cows between 6 and 8 years old, allowing for natural grass-fed marbling. These older cows have a higher percentage fat content and more marbling, resulting in a unique and distinct flavor. Each Galician rib steak is dry-aged for a minimum of 35 days. The steak was very nice but the fat wasn't a nice deep yellow colour as per the picture

My teenage sons love these. They would love to have 1 each. Best on BBQ but delicious in a pa as well.

It was okay. The 'rib eye' centre part is edible, but the surrounding lifter meat of the chop are too chewy and fatty to eat. 1/3 of the steak is bone and 1/3 not edible so it leaves you 1/3 of steak to eat.
