At Basco, we source the finest Galician beef from the Northwest of Spain. Our Galician beef range comes from retired Frisona dairy cows between 6 and 8 years old, allowing for natural grass-fed marbling. These older cows have a higher percentage fat content and more marbling, resulting in a unique and distinct flavor. Each Galician rib steak is dry-aged for a minimum of 35 days. Beautiful tasting steak But very fatty and chewy i wouldn't recommend not at the £30 price and definitely wouldn't buy again

I was looking forward to the meat but it was very tough, I cooked it as I usually do but it didn’t work. I have another steak from yourselves hopefully it will be good and I intend to cook it a bit longer and slower.
