WHAT ARE IBERICO BABY BACK RIBS? Iberico Baby Back pork ribs are cut straight from the Iberico pork loin. They are very succulent and tasty whilst maintaining our excellent quality. They are smaller in size than ribs of a standard white pig, however the flavour of Iberico ribs is far superior. Indigenous black Iberico pigs wander the Dehesa forests of southwest Spain munching on herbs, grass and most importantly, acorns. Not only are they the happiest pigs on earth, but this diet adds wonderful flavour to these Baby Back pork ribs and all that exercise fosters the marbling that makes Iberico pork ribs so special. The acorn and herb flavoured pork is high in mono-unsaturated fats that melt at low temperatures, and is more healthy than the fat from normal pork. Iberico Baby Back pork ribs have much more fat content than standard white pork ribs but their flavour is much more complex because of the grass, herbs and acorns on which the animals grazed on. Iberico Baby Back ribs are easy to prepare and don't take long to cook. Please note our baby back ribs can vary in size and length. HOW TO COOK IBERICO BABY BACK RIBS? They are perfect on the grill, barbecue or cooked in a casserole. Whether you give them a dry rub or create your own favourite marinade, rest assure these Spanish Iberian ribs will satisfy the most demanding palate. HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY IBERICO BABY BACK RIBS? You will receive one frozen vac pack of Iberico Baby Back ribs delivered on ice pads. If you are not using the ribs straight away, store in the freezer. If you are, then you will need to thaw it in the fridge for at least 24 hours before cooking. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE SOURCE THIS PRODUCT IN VARIABLE WEIGHT PACKS, SO EXPECT A WEIGHT VARIATION OF APPROXIMATELY 200G +/- ON YOUR COSTILLA IBERICA.

Unfortunately the ribs had little meat and were extremely fatty. No amount of cooking would render the fat down. Very disappointed

The Ribs are from the highly revered "Pata Negra Iberica pig," which is slightly fattier but with this comes the exceptional flavour from which we receive glowing feedback from! These ribs were exceptional! So different to UK ribs but in a good way. Fattier so need a little trimming, but the full ribs are provided and they are so richly flavoured.

I cut them into individual ribs put some Chinese powder on them. They were fabulous. I am certainly going to order some more. You must try them.

Quite honestly the best thing I've ever eaten. I marinaded them overnight in a homemade BBQ sauce, slow cooked them all day and then my hubby smoked them on the BBQ. He detestes meat on the bone, but even he managed to eat half of a 2kg order. I'm glad he did, because given the chance, I'd have polished off the whole lot and I'm trying to watch my weight! The meat was flavourful and so tender one barely had to do any chewing. It's so hard to find good quality pork ribs and I was so happy I purchased these. They were excellent value, had a good amount of meat on and weren't too grisly like some ribs tend to be.

Very nice. I think they could have been trimmed a little better, I had to take a lot of fat off that won’t render down. But good value for money.

Best ribs Iv ever eaten, the fat was like butter in my mouth and the meat was so tender, delicious.
