Iberico Baby Back Pork Ribs, Acorn and Herb Flavored, 1Kg, High in Mono-unsaturated Fats, Healthy Pork Reviews

4.8 Rating 344 Reviews
Read Basco Fine Foods Reviews

Iberico Baby Back Ribs are cut straight from the Iberico pork loin. They are succulent and tasty, with a high quality that's maintained throughout. These ribs are smaller in size than those from a standard white pig, but the flavour of Iberico ribs is far superior. The indigenous black Iberico pigs roam the Dehesa forests of southwest Spain, where they feed on herbs, grass, and acorns. This unique diet contributes to the wonderful flavour of these Baby Back pork ribs, as well as the marbling that makes Iberico pork ribs special. The acorn and herb flavoured pork is high in mono-unsaturated fats that melt at low temperatures, making it a healthier option than standard pork. Iberico Baby Back ribs have a higher fat content than standard white pork ribs, but their flavour is more complex due to the pigs' diet of grass, herbs, and acorns. They are easy to cook and offer a delicious, authentic taste of Iberico pork.

These ribs are great, long thin cut full of meat and more important Iberica fat .

Very disappointed with the ribs. So tough and red. Looks nothing like shown in photo or what i have bought from supermarket selling Iberico meat. This is more like wild boar meat.
