Iberico Baby Back Ribs, 1.3kg, Iberian Pork, Acorn-Fed, Grass-Fed, Dehesa Forest Raised Reviews

Iberico Baby Back Ribs, 1.3Kg These succulent Iberico Baby Back pork ribs are cut from the Iberico pork loin. They are smaller than standard ribs but offer a far superior flavor due to the diet of acorns and herbs consumed by indigenous black Iberico pigs as they graze in the Dehesa forests of southwest Spain. The animals' exercise also fosters the marbling that makes Iberico pork ribs so special. The acorn and herb-flavored pork is high in mono-unsaturated fats that melt at low temperatures, making it not only delicious but also more healthy than the fat from normal pork. Iberico Baby Back pork ribs have a higher fat content than standard ribs, but their complex flavor is worth it.

These ribs are my most favourite flavour to buy and cook at home. Very good price and excellent quality, all my family ask when we are having more.
