La Chinata manzanilla olives with garlic and rosemary make an instant Spanish tapas. Manzanilla olives are specially chosen to become table olives on account of their superior flavour with a firm, fruity outer core and a soft, creamy interior. The garlic is blanched to remove some of its heat and the fruits are marinated in a rosemary flavoured brine. These olives are ideal as an appetiser with a glass of cava or a gin and tonic or as part of a tapas.

Great flavour and perfect to accompany the jammon, Manchego and Pimientos de padron. Exquisite quality and great flavours. Not inferior products sold at an inflated price like many other importers!!

Gorgeous. Absolutely gorgeous. Don't waste these as a salad or pasta supplement - stick them on a plate, as tapas in their own right. They are delicious. That rosemary really shows the garlic a clean pair of heels - and the olives are beyond the quality of Kalamata's best.
