La Chinata manzanilla olives with garlic and rosemary make an instant Spanish tapas. Manzanilla olives are specially chosen to become table olives on account of their superior flavour with a firm, fruity outer core and a soft, creamy interior. The garlic is blanched to remove some of its heat and the fruits are marinated in a rosemary flavoured brine. These olives are ideal as an appetiser with a glass of cava or a gin and tonic or as part of a tapas.

Great olives, every time I eat them I’m transported back to Madrid, couple of slices of jamon and some vermouth and it doesn’t get any better! Big thumbs up

I first tasted these olives sent to me as a gift and I just had to buy some. The best I have tasted. I think it’s the brine that makes it!

These were absolutely, without question the best jarred olives I've managed to get hold of in England. They were soft and the flavour was perfect. It was so nice not to have a borderline pickled olive flavour.
