“This flour made lovely Sourdough bread combined with ancient grains flour. I have also tried a Sourdough pizza base for the first time using only this flour. The flavour was excellent but I have a long way to go to perfect this.”
“This is one of my favourite flours. It's lovely to work with and produces a great loaf. An equivalent loaf from local bakers is pushing towards £5 so it's quite cost effective plus I can't buy quality flours in bulk in my area.”
