This is the best flour I've worked with - I make sourdough bread and wanted an organic 00 flour and this is absolutely excellent, taste, texture, really couldn't be better.

I couldn't find any better flour for pizza than this. Fine and light, it produces the silkiest dough that is a pleasure to work with. I use it in my sourdough and biga pizza dough recipes.

I love this flour for pizza making. It has the right 'W' rating and is organic. I make pizza every week and its the only flour I use. I always have good results and I'm sure the flour has a lot to do with that! It makes a good thin and thick crust pizza with a good rise and structure. I would recommend!

I use this 50/50 with wholewheat flour to refresh my starter and it gives me a lovely active starter every time.

This is the only flour I use for pizza making. I love that its organic, but I just love the flour. It makes a great pizza dough!
