Order of 4 kg of organic White Enkir arrived and we had already used up one bag. This is the first time we are using this flour. The first loaf was just absolutley scrummy. It's lovely creamy mellow yellow colour was a surprise. It tasted fantastic. Every member of our household enjoyed it and that included our 10 year old and 14 year old sons. Never using shop bought bread again. This is the bees knees. Just started my very first sourdough starter. Will be back for more along with some Bakery Equipment. And I received excellent customer service before my purchase. The guy took his time to answer all my questions and explain all he knew. WELL DONE BAKERY BITS AND WELL DONE MULINO MURINO!!

Beautiful creamy yellow dough that pillowed up and held its shape well. I baked it into Ciabatta but the crust was a little soft compared to my usual flour. Probably better as a free-form loaf.

I've only used it once so far, replacing 10% of my usual flour for this. It added a lovely nutty flavour to the finished bread. Only disappointment is the length of time it takes to receive deliveries from BakeryBits considering the amount they charge.

Excellent product. Speedy, efficient order and delivery. One point. Having decided to try baking everything, including bread, with Einkorn I couldn't find white/all purpose flour anywhere in the UK. I found Bakery Bits by accident whilst reading reviews of Einkorn recipies online, not through a straight google search for Einkorn flour which I think is how most people would try to source it. If you are able to supply more and want to grow your sales that might be something to look at. I'm using both this and whole meal Einkorn and delighted with the flavour and texture on top of the health benefits. Perfect bread recipe still a work in progress but the family are eating a loaf a day!
