A really excellent flour. Great for making a good sourdough. I combine it with Mulino Marino wholemeal flour, and delivered with speed and no fuss.

Oh my goodness, this flour is superb. I've been making sourdough for about 5 years and wasn't happy with the flour I was using. Too heavy. This gives me the perfect sourdough boule every time. It's fantastic.

Excellent flour, with a rich well-balanced flavour. I love using this mixed flour for making bread and pizza as it gives a beautifully light dough. It also is rich in nutrients and free from additives.

I'm new to this combination flour and it is great! Really good rise, plenty of strength and probably my best loaf (shape and taste) yet. Ill be buying from now on.

A really simple way of getting a nice complex flavoured sourdough bread. Easy to manage, even with 70% hydration, great gluten structure, fabulous results

This is a lovely flower which gives a nice nutty taste without being in your face. It’s not nearly as strong as other whole wheat flowers. Texture of the loaf is very nice. Highly recommended.
