“I have IBD so sometimes find high wholewheat content in sourdough a bit challenging so for a change I like to use Pande Sempre with the 00, it gives a slightly creamier crumb and adds a little more interest to the flavour. As with all Molinari flours the quality is very high and lovely to work with. As always Bakery Bits service 1st Class.”
“Only made one loaf with it so far but been prompted to review by Bakery Bits; mixed with OO Soffiata flour has made a tasty loaf but it seems to rise is slower than what i'm used to. Nice to experiment with other flours and also that they're organic :) Will order more once this has gone. Good that it can be ordered in various sizes.”
