Like any-other yeast in such a large quantity. Once opened you store it in a dry, cool place. This is first class yeast and turns out bread which tastes more!

Great product. End results are perfect. Ideal product if you want just the Yeast and no Sorbitan Monostearate or Ascorbic Acid. Sadly, I am stumped on how to store the product once opened. I asked Bakery Bits a question on the product page but I am yet to receive a response from Bakery Bits and it has been several days since I opened the product. I just hope it hasn't spoiled due to lack of information on the can or support from Bakery Bits. I do recommend this product.

Last few months have seen my pizza dough not staying stretched out after buying a new tin of dried yeast (allinsons). They told me their ingredients hadn't changed, but further investigations (other reviews of saf-levure) showed they'd started adding emulsifier! So recently bought this to try, and my dough is now back to normal. Yay! Cheers for an excellent product, this is now going to be my go-to yeast in future

Prompt delivery. Yeast is exactly as advertised (ie. without Sorbitan Monostearate). Works perfectly in my Panasonic bread maker. Many thanks,

Thanks for asking but have only had time to use it once so far. Could you ask again in about another 4/5 weeks to give time to try it out in different ways? First impression was it worked ok but the bread tasted yeasty compared to the instant Alison’s I had been using. This might just take time to get used to and also I used 2 ’teaspoons’ for 500gms spelt and some rye and a little white flour which was same yeast as Alison’s and would like to try with less if the loaf would rise sufficiently. I use a bread machine as my back is too injured to knead the dough as I used to. As I say ask again in a month or so. (Tried sending this as a reply but was told it had failed, so you can see this is not really review and it is not for posting as such! Kind regards, Peter)
