“Saf-Levure is one of the best dry active yeasts that I have used. It makes wonderful yeast bread, focaccia and French baguettes. When the yeast is added to warm water it permeates the room with a lovely aroma and after a day or so of a cold fermentation, the flavour of the dough is beneficially enhanced. This is the lowest price that I found and even with the £4.80 shipping fee, it is still lower than Amazon £14.47 plus £4.99 shipping. This is my go to yeast and I definitely recommend this to any home bakers out there.”
