I ordered 2 x Farmhouse 2lb (900g) Ceramic-Coated Non-Stick Tins specifically for the 100% Rye sourdough I make. Most bread tins are too shallow for the wet bread mix and using a long shallow tin doesn't work well as the centre of the loaf doesn't get enough heat. These really well made tins worked a treat right from the first time I used them, within hours of them arriving. They can also be heated up to 240C again really important for the Sourdough, whereas other non-stick tins give a 230C max. My Polish friends can't get enough of the bread, the most authentic they have tasted in the UK.

So good to get a straight sided tin that produces a loaf that gives a reasonable slice size. The non-stick surface is great too.

An excellent Bread Tin, a genuine 2lb/900g size. Our others were more like 700g or 800g. I like to take the loaf out of the tin for the last few minutes' baking and it has come straight out when tipped every time. BillGJ

These tins work perfectly, and the coating looks like it will last years.

Very thin steel which is great for rapid heat transfer but not so much for rough treatment, (you can easily bend the metal with your fingers). The non stick surface is great, even releases fruit loafs without greasing. Good price even with delivery.
