“I decided to try the recipe on the pack for honey and oat rye bread, and stupidly followed it exactly even though my head said it’s a bit dry. (And maybe my scales are not very accurate) but it still tasted good and I’ve since made another and put a bit extra water and it was very successful and a lovely taste.”
