“This is a lovely flour with a glorious aroma, delicious flavour and resulted in a loaf with a very pleasing texture. I used 50% Cotswold crunch and the same of Strong White. I also intend to use some in my Sourdough. Will purchase again. I'm so glad I found Bakery Bits - they are very good!!!”
