I made the mistake of asking you to use DPD to deliver the flour, and they delivered it to the local co-op. This was very inconvenient, as I don't drive, and I live at the top of a long, steep hill.. I had to get a neighbour to take me down to pick it up.The driver did not sign the parcel in properly, and the Co-op staff were reluctant to release the parcel to me. I will ask you to use a different delivery company in future.”
