“Absolutely delighted with the Cotswold Crunch bread flour- I mixed in quarter of strong white on the first bake as granddaughters are not keen on "bread with bits in " as they call it but they absolutely loved this especially toasted to go with boiled eggs!! The second bake I just used the Cotswold Crunch only - it made the most tasty loaf and everyone loved it. Will be ordering some more soon along with the rye flour which also makes a very tasty loaf. Perhaps I will even mix them who knows the possibilities are endless and very tasty and healthy.”

“I only make sourdough, so used this flour with 50/50 FWP White. The taste was fantastic although need to adjust the hydration from my normal method as it ran away slightly!”
