“This is one of the best flour mixes on the market. It works equally well for handmade bread and in the bread machine. I particularly like using it split 50:50 with Mulino Marino tipo 00. This mixture in the 'French bread' programme on my machine produces a lovely bread with a delicious crunchy crust!”
