“I love grains and malt in my bread and have been hunting around for one to rival by usual purchase one which is difficult to obtain. This has ticked all the boxes and has made a lovely loaf. If you follow their recommended recipee, I felt that t it did not need quite as much water as I had to add a little more flour to compensate for a rather sticky dough. But I will be back for more, so hope it doesn’t become too popular!”
“Organic Cotswold Crunch flour has a lovely rich flavour, rises well and has a good, soft even crumb. Only tried it as a 'standard' yeasted recipe (dried yeast) so far but plan to do a sourdough version very soon. Baked in a stone bread cloche in a fan oven it produces a lovely crusty finish. This is by far the best multigrain type flour I have tried and I will be buying it again.”

“Lovely flour ghat gives a granary style loaf.
The loaf I baked from the recipe on the bag was a little more dense than from strong white but very nice. A quick and easy way of making granary style bread e”
“I only make sourdough, so used this flour with 50/50 FWP White. The taste was fantastic although need to adjust the hydration from my normal method as it ran away slightly!”
“Having purchased the Cotswold Crunch flour from Bakery Bits, I subsequently made a loaf mixed 50-50 with white flour. I use my breadmaker to mix the dough and then shape and cook in the oven. The resultant loaf was something else, a lovely light granary type bread that is very moreish especially when coated with thick butter.
A very good price and delivered very quickly compared to other suppliers and I would recommend Bakery Bits to anyone.”
