“I bought a 15kg bag of this flour having tried the smaller pack and found it to be good, but this bag of flour seems dead. It rises and has a reasonable gluten structure but the loaves (both yeasted and sourdough) are dense and lacking in vitality and oomph. Very disappointed.”
