Makes beautiful sourdough bread either on its own or combined with a variety of other flours. My only puzzled question is regarding added vitamins - on principle I like my flour without additives if possible, and a while ago got a list of BakeryBits supplied ‘unfortified’ flours to know what to buy. I thought this flour was on the ‘pure’ flour list but seem to remember (we’ve used the flour by now so no bag in sight) on the bag it lists several added vitamins. Not a massive issue as the bread is delicious, but wondering whether I’d got the wrong end of the stick or have the producers changed their policy?

It makes very tasty bread. I mix it with rye (one cup rye to three cups strong white) and add lot of seeds. Bakery Bits packed each package very well as well. Happy with the purchase. Thanks.

This flour has a fantastic taste and crumb. I personally feel that it takes slightly longer to rise but we'll worth the wait. I would highly recommend giving this particular flour a try if you are looking for something more than just a standard white loaf.
