The strangest thing- the charcoal had exploded out of the container in the box, but the seal was still in tact. It had been compressed to open during shipping.

Just been looking to see if you stock "charcoal powder" which of course, you do. My friend brought me some back from Australia as she had been given some bread out there which used it. she loved it so though she'd bring some back for me to try.....So pleased to see the guidance in your tips. re: 1 tsp to 500gr flour. I shall try it this weekend when I have another go with my sourdough bread......it's never perfect but is improving.
