Crisper base, more even rise and a lovely crust. Why didn't I get one of these before? I would recommend it to anyone who likes home baking their own loaves.”
“So far so good, well finished and heavy. Fine grained granite with no visible flaws so should last. This stone holds on to heat, if you grab hold of it hours after your oven has been switched off you could burn yourself so be careful!”
