“Have used the Banneton twice now and it works very well. Nicely made with a seemingly good quality liner. The material looks and feels similar to Couche Proofing Linen.
This is the perfect size to use in a household oven as the larger baskets delivers a bread that is too long for my household oven.
A piece of advice: Flour it well before first use epsecially with the higher hydration doughs and long proofing methods as it tends to stick to the liner. (Second use went perfect due to rubbing a lot of flour in and onto the liner).
