“I already own 500g and 1kg round Heavy duty Banneton. The oval Banneton is just as well made and a great basket but I feel this is too shallow compared with the round Bannetons.”
“Although I wasn't sure if it would be too large for my 800 gram doughs my fears proved to be unfounded. My loaves are more even sized since I started using it and the quality of the Banneton is such that I am sure it will be good for many years of regular use.”

“Reviewing when these have only been used a few times is not ideal. I will review after more use - but so far so good. Wet doughs are easier to manage in this type of basket. Arrived promptly, safe transit, sliding scale of less cost for more of these is helpful to those of us who bake for a living. Overall I am very pleased with these so far. I would like to see an in between size of 750g as I could only see 500g or 1000g or 1500g sizes when I ordered.”
