I have used it with my 50/50 special blend flour & it is brilliant. Fabulous flavour, will definitely be buying more.

Tried Nuttimalt as a "freeby" and now added to all my malted loaves. Best pre-soaked in boiling water for a couple of hours before being mixed into the dough.

This adds a lovely depth to the flavour of our bread. I've bought a number of products from Bakery Bits and happily recommend them.

I first bought this as an aid for my brain but, after reading the instructions realised its true purpose. I've only used it once so far but will certainly be using it again - it is good. Brian

I have only used this once so this is not a complete review. Nuttimalt adds a nice depth to my bread.
