I decided to try adding Nuttimalt in my Malted granuary loaf mix at the rate of 20gs to 500gs of flour ratio and was extremely pleased with the result. It added a really extra subtle sweet malt flavour and improved the crumb. I will probably use it in conjuction with Nut Brown flour in the next loaf. Both of these ingredients are really good qulity and at such a low price you should really try them out for yourself.

Have only used once in a chocolate brownie recipe so far. The flavour was very good, especially when slightly warned. The next recipe I plan to try is for a malted carrot cake. I am certain it will be equally fine.
