So far I have used it in place of nuts in a carrot cake which worked very well and I have also used it in some marshmallows so add a crunch and bring out the flavour of the other ingredients. “I have to admit to preferring malty-flavoured breads, often with added strong-flavoured nuts (whole, halved or ground), e.g.pecan, walnut, etc.; I've tried all sorts of 'additions' and Nuttimalt is turning into one of my favourites additives. If your proclivities (on the bread flavour front, that is), give it a try.”
