“This is the first banetton I have purchased as a result of reading through a list of 'must have' equipment and am only sorry I didn't get one sooner. Lined with heavy duty linen there is no sticking whatsoever even with quite moist dough when it is well dusted with flour. I will definitely recommend it.”
