Excellent flour for chapattis. They are quick and easy to make and a great change from rice with Indian food. Will be ordering this again. If they could source organic grain it would be even better.

but it was out of stock, so I decided to change stuff buying a Round Cane of the same dimension. I'm using the Heavy Duty Round Lined Banneton 1,5 kg and it's great!

I cant believe how good this is. Just started making Sourdough, and had a few problems due to the sticky nature of the high hydration dough. These baskets are brilliant. On arrival I gently rubbed some Rye flour in,and since I tend to sprinkle a bit of rice flour. Even after proofing in the fridge overnight the dough just plops out. Its way better than flouring a tea towel. Obviously works well with 'drier' doughs. Sometimes its nice to have a plain smooth finish to the bread, especially good for stenciling the surface.
