Excellent quality, very well made item. I'm sure it will last for many years. More expensive than the standard cane banettons, but definitely worth the investment. A pleasure to use. Highly recommended.

Very nice, esp. now that I'm getting into higher-hydration breadmaking. The old bowl-lined-with-cloth routine kind of doesn't work when the dough is seriously damp. Banneton to the rescue -- and these are obviously built to last.

The basket is very well made, with good quality linen lining. Using white rice flour to line the basket ensures no Using white rice flour to line the basket ensures no sticking whatsoever. The linen seems to wick moisture from the surface of the dough, forming a thin skin. Would definitely recommend for high hydration dough.

It has good corse cloth, well attached, which holds rubbed in rye flour well.I recommend it.
