“I found the banneton to be excellent. Unfortunately, J had a rather unpleasant experience with BakeryBits customer service representative, Faith. I had contacted customer service regarding a damaged bag of flour. Faith was quite demeaning in her response. Had it not been for her response, I would have happily returned to BakeryBits. Do not underestimate the significance of customer service!”
